STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
This company is a huge disgrace. Those in charge of it should be embarrassed, ashamed and take all the necessary steps that they can to remedy all of the numerous issues and problems. It is a dishonest and morally corrupt organisation. They should also issue an apology to all of their current and former clients who have been out of pocket and grossly inconvenienced because of the unnecessary delays.
You have no idea how to deal with clients, how to retain employees and how to progress claims. You are a rubbish organisation whose sole purpose is to provide a deplorable level of service.
The best advice that I can give to people is for them to stay clear of this thieving, lying organisation which purports to be a law firm. Every time you ring them they give a different story as to how your case is being progressed. They lie about your case and no one works on it for months.
You treat your clients in a horrible and neglectful manner. You clearly do not care about your members of staff and I feel sorry for the ones who think that they are being employed by a proper and leading organisation. You clearly misrepresent the nature of the roles to people.
This company is just awful and someone needs to investigate the way claims are pursued because claims are not progresssed in any efficient way.
They never do what they promise and the turnover rate for its members of staff is abhorrent and it is so high that it compromises cases. I have researched the way this place treates their members of staff and no wonder so many people leave bad reviews. Employees state that the managers treat them in a horrible way, they are overwhelmed with too many cases, they are constantly humilated and criticised for everything and are not adequately trained.
They clearly do not invest in training their members of staff properly. I would be embarrassed if I were a manager of this place. It is digraceful the way they treat their clients.
It is a greedy organisation which cares so little about what they do.
They know very little about customer service and I am surprised that they treat people as horribly as they do and get away with it. Don't they have a conscience? I had the misfortune of dealing weith someone named Matthew Anderson and another person named Sammy Richardson. He treated people like rubbish and I cannot even begin to think how he was towards his members of staff. He wasn't that smart so he made up for it by being a condescending bully. I did not like the way in which he spoke to me. He was grossly inept and had no business managing a team of people. He was condescending and could not explain things in any coherent way. How he conveyed knowledge to his team is beyond me. I feel sorry for them. No wonder the Aldershot office closed if people like this were permitted to be managers.
Sammy sounded high on drugs half the time and was so rude to me. She lacked sense when she spoke and was very, very rude. She was just so classless and blatantly ignortant. She needed some serious training on how to treat other people. She was quite immature. At times, she sounded like a little girl ptretending to be an adult.
Matthew Anderson was not nice at all and not a great manager. I feel sorry for whomever had to work with him. I would be ashamed if I was in his position as it is clear that people were not being trained effectively. Any decent company gives its employees excellent training. He could not explain things properly and every contact with this company left my case in more of a muddle.
The incompetence of this place was just anmazing - it was as if they were trying to do everything wrong - they took ages to do the simplest things. It was as if they did not care. If I were one of the managers, I would be embarrassed. This company is a disgrace. It is just awful.
Train your employees. Take the time to invest in them. You mess people around and you don't seem to care. you mess people around and have a detrimental impact on people's lives.
You have such a high turnover rate that cases are not progressed properly. Do you ever think about the people you let go for silly reasons and the impact that this has upon them? I can tell when people are treated badly and this place is one of them.
This is just a company which lacks any morals and needs to learn more about honesty and providing good customer service.
Have you ever stopped to really think about the impact that the horrific advice you give has upon people or the snail's pace at which you choose to progress cases? How about your high turnover rate? How do you think that impacts upon people?
So many people have raised issues and you need to issue everyone wom you have messed about with a letter of apology. Given the way you do things, this should only take 20 years, also given the amount of people you have adversely impacted.
