What should have been a simple dumpster rental turned into a billing mess. Charges kept increasing, explanations were unclear, and getting basic documentation was far harder than it should have been.
Instead of resolving the problem, the company created more confusion, more delay, and more dispute. I was left with the clear impression that I was expected to just pay substantial charges without transparency or accountability.
Read every term carefully. Get everything in writing. Save every email. Document every conversation.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would urge others to be very careful before doing business with them.
