Sweet Valley Ranch is a horrible place to work. They overwork and underpay their staff, promise raises for the added work, but never fulfill their end. There are NO benefits. The animals are not taking care of, underfed and neglected. No proper shelter or space for the amount of animals they have. The owner talks horribly to the staff that is not family when things do not go his way. The family members that work there have run off the staff that worked hard to make the farm successful.
