Buyer+. Seller--
For years I have been a customer of John Carl. As a buyer, I was always satisfied with my purchases, except one time when the item was damaged. The damage was not indicated in the listing.(I'd give John Carl a 4 as a buyer) However, as a seller, it has been a nightmare. Numerous items were never accounted for. I'm still trying to resolve the issue.(as a seller, I'd give John Carl less than a one)
