Cornerstone storage Fruita
I rented from Cornerstone storage units in Fruita. I had the unit for 7 years. Initially my experience was ok i never had dealings with the manager until my unit was broken into otherwise all seemed good
My payments were always on time. recently I vacated that property, I gave a notice and I expected my deposit and a month's rent to be returned. I have attempted to contact the manager of the property numerous times. I did catch her one time on the phone and requested the monetary refund and was told that it had to go through the accounting office. it's been weeks since I returned the key. I have not had any contact back from her for either through text or phone. it's a disappointment, I was a faithful renter for years and I feel it was really unfortunate that this is the route I have to take.
