Their customer service and order/customer management are appalling ; it's a shame.
I placed an order on May 12th on their website (a jacket for my son's birthday).
Following my order, I received no updates regarding shipping—or any potential delays, NOTHING.
No communication and no shipment.
On May 22nd, I mailed their customer service to request a cancellation (the gift was going to arrive too late, so I had to find something else to replace it).
Customer service took several days to reply and told me on May 27th that they were processing the cancellation request. Still no news.
I followed up several times regarding the cancellation/refund, until June 4th (almost two weeks after my cancellation request), and then, surprise : the order was delivered to my home!
Still without any explanation or message from customer service.
I submitted a return request and I'm still waiting for customer service to process it.
There's been absolutely no responsiveness, nothing has been done: neither the delivery was on time nor the requested cancellation was processed.
It even seems like requesting the cancellation finally triggered the shipment!
So I'm waiting for my return request to be processed and for them to send me a return label : given the situation, there's NO WAY I'm paying return shipping costs.
