Simply the worst spending account admin I've ever worked with. Customer service doesn't exist. Cards are constantly suspended and resolving the issues takes a mountain of time & effort, usually resulting in failure & frustration. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. Do what you want, but don't say you weren't warned.
