I moved here in October 2025. We loved it at first but was short lived. We have neighbors that are constantly filing complaints on us about putting up a Pergola, Landscaping, our dogs, Anything and everything you can imagine. The committies here take every complaint up (they won't tell us who) and we have had the police at our door many times. They can't tell us who but have said to us, obviously someone has it out for you and cannot find the problem for the complaint. But the community is now giving us fines because we have been told we can only walk our dogs on our own lawn (by the way, this is a shih ztu and a biewer terrier) I have people walking dogs right of front of my yard every day! All I want to do a this time is get out of here, but my husband wants to fight back. Be Careful!
