I have been involved in Customs and Logistics since 1957 and at one time was Senior Customs Agent for Emery Worldwide a US Company that was like DHL and Fedex are today, and what i can say about some of these replies are that they must have been under the INFLUENCE as my experience with my order is that they are completely INCOMPETENT and would sack everyone. Emery was a very switched-on Company a pity still not around
