Dan Webb wants the money up front for the appraisal. He gives you a date when you will have the appraisal. Then you never hear from him again. I keep calling Dan, and he never gets back to me. I desperately needed my appraisal. I told him so. Still nothing and he is weeks late from his promised date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
