The staff at Pinnacle Insurance Advisors hides behind their own mistakes and wastes my precious time, and even insinuates that I did not provide them with appropriate information, or worse. It may sound great, but after they get you under a policy, they have horrible customer service and take zero responsibility for their actions, even hanging up on me. My suggestion is to find a local agent who can help you with Medicare coverage and never do business with people online unless you have no other choice. If you have a choice, choose someone other than Pinnacle Insurance Advisors.
