A small furniture shop with questionable financial dealings.
Masterful Creations professes to be a business dedicated to excellence. While we have not had the “pleasure” of using their self-touted “best in Cyprus” furniture, we have certainly been exposed to their unacceptable and rude behavior and arrogance. For the last 10 days we have been in discussions with them regarding a sofa and coffee table for our apartment. In the first few days they did invest time in sending us various quotes and answering our questions – which is something a custom-made furniture store has to do by definition, so no favours here. However, we found their financial dealings lacking transparency – they would quote one price one day and then increase it the next day and wipe out the discount they were pretending to give. This happened on two occasions within a few days of each other. Both times when we confronted them with the price movements, they dodged the questions and never gave us a proper explanation.
I cannot comment on the quality of their furniture, but I would certainly caution prospective buyers to carefully understand their pricing policies and so-called discounts. No matter how good or bad the product may be, transparency in financial dealings has to be paramount. Without that its not worth dealing with anyone.
