I am a customer who has spent well over 100k with Lloyds.
Recently I ordered a Bentley from Lloyds, paid for enclosed transport to Perth.
After three weeks I rang to see when the car would be coming, that's when I was introduced to Dave from Laylow transport. I have gotten more sense out of a crackhead outside a nightclub a Friday night than speaking to this peanut.
On my first call he told me how he would lose 15k if he sent the vehicle. Umm, I'm sorry you can't run a business but I clicked on the Lloyds website and paid for enclosed transport.
He said he would throw the car on a boat open to the elements and when I said I wasn't comfortable with a my car going on the deck of a boat he got aggressive saying it's only 40k and it came over in a boat.
I said put your proposal in an email, which he didn't, probably doesn't know how to use a computer. He wouldn't return phone calls, texts and emails. I then spent three months contacting Lloyds asking anyone who would listen to help me or I wanted a refund.
How could a loyal customer who has spent so much money be treated this way.
All Lloyds did was dodged and ducked for three months while they still had my car. In the end after getting no sense out of any of them I had to organize my own transport.
They bad mouthed Ceva to me and then did a 180 and suggested I use them after three months of being given the run around.
It was like there wasn't a brain cell between any of the people I spoke to.
DO NOT use Lloyds, just take the time to read all of the bad reviews, trust me, you will regret it.
