While they haven't quite finished it yet, I have to say that I am extreamly disapointed. I'm sure it will look good but I REALLY wish I had been watching them closely the whole time!!!!
So it was postponed because or rain, (makes sense) but after a week of rain they came in and started digging (we have heavy clay) a couple hours later they started filling, I saw them mixing with the wheelbarrow at the start and went to work on my garden, over half way in I notice them just dumping the bag of mix into the whole rather than premixing it... I call them out on it and their respawns was well yea but these hold have a lot of water (this was my low spot of the yard, of course it was going to fill with water if left alone after a heavy rain!!! and ok, if they were putting a little in and the start to thicken the water at the bottom would have been one thing, but what I had caught was them finishing it off leaving me to wonder if any of that /those pole holes were propperly mixed. Than I learned that they were putting the poles in and than filling, they weren't filling the bottom of the poles at all. When I confronted them they said, yea this is the way we do it... otherwise it takes more work and cement and it just takes to long to dry so this is how we've always done it.... ok damn, wish I had recorded the conversation i had before hiring them to go back and check if I did or didn't talk to them about this before hiring.... While I'm sure it will look good when they're done with it, They seem to have hit all the checkboxes youtube warns you about when hiring a fencing company, if it wasn't practically done (at least with all the posts) before I realized this in the beginning I might have told them to stop and looked elsewhere, though than I would have had to deal with cancelations fees... Well I hope their warranty is better than the work they did here... Little to no conversation regaurding the gates they just do whatever even when I was there, was able to get them to fix one of the posts that I just can't believe they tried to do /sigh it will likely look good, it's just everthing out of sight that had corners cut, thought i was getting a good deal, now i feel like i've overpaid
