Decided to hire CCP painting after meeting on of the business' executives Carlos at a party in across the bridge in San Francisco a couple of years prior. Attained 3 bids prior and they were higher than all others; however, hired them anyway based on familiarity with Carlos. Were two weeks behind schedule in completing the exterior painting, but passed City inspections eventually. No regrets, but should have saved the money with the other lower bid offers. On another note, one worker used one of the guest bathrooms and created a significant clog, but was able to router it when returning after the weekend.
