can't even begin to tell you how disgusting this place is the lack of care with a staff that apparently is normal in nursing homes where they only give a crap about themselves and how less they can work and giving people what they need and lights going off and just now waiting for shift changed if someone else can deal with it my discuss is actually with the administrator Kevin Bondur and how evil of person is when all he cares about is making sure they don't get any negative reviews because you know he doesn't wanna look bad in front of his bosses and he will go to any length to threaten me or have the power of attorney. Write a letter against me that is a family member that I don't get along with to have me banned from the place when it's a 95-year-old woman that needs any family she can get how many people do we know that are in a facility like this and have no loved ones or friends that will visit them let alone actually have someone that loves them and wants to visit them but because I complain to the state which did find violations, and I know other people have complained, and they found violations. Her roommate was asked to leave because you know we were too demanding and too much negative reviews were showcased on them so they were asked to leave and because my Grandmother begged them not to have me banned now he has a threaten for a 95-year-old woman to be kicked out of the place that she has been in for four years because he does not want any negative reviews on social media to make himself look bad or his career I've never seen someone so evil in charge of people that need so much love and attention and someone of his authority to be that type of person to go to that extent so his dear reviews are not bad. There are so many negative reviews that could be posted, but people are scared for their loved ones not to be evicted because they financially cannot afford it and that is the key to it all money money money my Grandmother is literally 95 and dying and officially on hospice care and they don't care. Do you think she'd get the extra attention that she needs now it's just more drama and more reason to make sure that you know I'm not around to see it if you care about anything you never go to this place and I wish the state I wish the news channel 7 channel 2 channel 4 anyone the state anyone that can have any authority go ahead and visit this place and see just how evil is in charge of these people and how depressing it is that they have that kind of control. do not forget the nursing staff. How dare you ask them a question if your loved one is now in hospice and you don't know if you have minutes hours or what their procedures are because how dare you ask him a question you're just bothering them from doing what they do which is nothing and they just complain about you and get you banned or kicked out they are the most useless uncaring unfriendly staff that they ever could be. Why are they in this line of work if they have absolutely no empathy and loved ones and their families that are dying at any moment there are certain nurses there I cannot wish karma and more and hope they are treated and they're in days the same as they have treated someone else and their families.!!! Now this woman is scared and they don’t even care if she tell me or talk to me anybody in the family so I won’t even get to say goodbye to her because you know I’m the type of person that’s gonna say something even though they’ve said 1 million times but that’s OK.
