I so miss Auto Raptor. Cox makes it very difficult and time consuming to Track who sold what. It does many things very well but as far as sales it is an incompetent Tracking system. We now are getting many upset customers thinking there buying a car only to find out the car was already sold when they're getting ready to pick it up. It looks like Cox actually goes out of their way to make it difficult for the salesperson to check availability. Not impossible but very difficult and time consuming. My own management explains that this is just the way they are and there's nothing that can be done about this. I would not recommend them.
