Extremely unprofessional. Paul told me he "doesn't have time for this conversation" and hung up on me before answering my questions about a failed septic system. Never been treated so rudely as a customer. He also claimed other specialists "don't know what they're doing." Extremely unprofessional. Highly recommend other companies.
