Shame on them...shocking service
First time I ordered online, I live on GC, there warehouse is on GC and the order went to WA, 2 weeks later when I got it bag was ripped open, missing stuff. Recently I placed an order online with free promo duffle bag, went to pay and said no stock for free promo, next day they had stock again???? Asked them to honor the promo which they declined, even showed them the screenshot of it in my cart for free with my order. Also there terms and conditions of promos are no where to be found so you cant even read them. Have also had bad experience in store with rude staff. Overall for a huge brand they know nothing about customer service. Lucky my kids like Ariat brand as that's who we will be choosing to buy now and my daughter said its much better quality then Ringers stupid Western anyway...
