We can't say enough positive about Ray - excellent work, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, tells it like it is, cost effective, great communicator. Ray and Scott have become like family (we'll be sad not having them here as all our floors have been changed out, they even fixed what other installers messed up). When they called and said Mom could come home from the hospital I called Ray and he came out that day to aide in creating a smoother transition between floors (someone else made the not so great transition). Ray went shopping with us to ensure we got the correct material. Ray's Wife and family must be saints as he was here on during family time (most would not be here then and other families would not have been okay with Ray coming out when he did). All we can say is thank you and great job!!!!!
