I called CRP for a basic 30-yard dumpster on a small home renovation — cabinets, drywall, wood, normal house debris. Nothing close to a commercial job.
Drop-off was easy. After pickup, everything went sideways.
They came back claiming over 24 tons in one 30-yard container and tried to add over $5,000 in extra fees I was never clearly told about. That number made no sense, and every time I asked for real proof, I got vague answers, pressure, and more attitude.
Then came collections. Then lien threats. Meanwhile, the dumpster stayed on my property like they were using it to hold the whole situation over my head.
This was not just bad service. It felt like being squeezed from every direction over trash.
I would never use CRP Sanitation again. Get everything in writing, every fee, every weight ticket, every pickup date — because once there is a dispute, you may feel trapped on your own property.
