Drop-off was smooth. After pickup, the whole thing flipped.
They came back claiming over 24 tons in one 30-yard container and hit me with over $5,000 in extra fees I was never clearly told about. When I asked for proof, all I got was vague answers, pressure, and numbers that made no sense.
Then came collections, lien threats, and the dumpster still sitting on my property like leverage.
This went from a normal rental to stress, fear, and feeling trapped at my own house.
I would not use CRP Sanitation again, and I’d tell any homeowner to get everything in writing before they touch your property.
