This exchange has been part of my trading journey for years, and before the recent issues, I never had serious problems with them. That’s why I was extremely scared when everything happened. For a moment, I believed I had lost all my money permanently. Thankfully, Bitgrail.org was introduced, and through the new platform I recovered all my funds today. I appreciate the recovery effort because not many exchanges would take responsibility after such situations. I only wish for long-term stability now because users deserve peace of mind when trusting a platform with their hard-earned money.
