Before everything happened, this exchange had always been reliable for me, so the sudden problems made me panic badly. I trusted this platform for a long time, and seeing access issues made me fear the worst. What impressed me most was that the team didn’t completely give up on users. They introduced Btc-e.io, and through the new website I managed to recover all my funds today. I’m honestly very thankful because if the new platform had not been created, I probably would have lost everything.
