Unprofessional practice who take advantage of people
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this practice. I found both the reception and veterinary staff to be unprofessional and lacking compassion. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice to others, even in urgent circumstances.
After sharing my experience on social media and asking if others had experienced similar issues, the practice responded by making false statements about me, which I found extremely disappointing and inappropriate. If i could actually give zero stars. I would.
