Don't Understand "Doing the Right Thing"
I have ordered once from them but will not order again. I ordered a Jersey that came up for a spectacular price. I assumed it may have been marked down to clear excess inventory of that size. Paid, got my receipt. I had to email for a different size but the response was "oops, we had an error on our website, that'll be $50 more." I called because that was just unacceptable and was told "that is certainly not the experience we want you to have..." well...apparently it is. I wound up meeting them in the middle price wise but only because the only other place I could find that size had sold out. They also had the audacity to still charge me for shipping. Apparently their "Company Policy" is to anger and drive off customers over a single transaction worth a few dollars instead of doing the right thing and honoring THEIR mistake.
