Commonspirt ruined Virginia Mason in the Puget Sound

I've been a patient with Virgina Mason for over 25 years. This last year everything has migrated to Commonspirit and it is absolutely garbage. Medical staff never responds on the portal, there is no email or phone/vm that ever gets answered. The lines at the clinic/hospital have grown to the point where the wait time just to check in can be an hour long. Anyone looking to join this group as a patient, look elsewhere.

Clinic portal now worthless

I have been a patient of Virginia Mason for over a decade. They really do offer the best care. But recently they forced a change in the patient portal going from the tried and true My Virginia Mason Portal to the somewhat archaic hard to use portal called Common Spirt. I find the providers no longer respond within a reasonable fashion sometimes taking a week. Not all providers can be messaged which mean messaging someone else to pass along the message. And only after complaining does anyone respond.
