Lack of Professional Standards”
It was surprising to see how little professionalism this company showed. There was no proper documentation, no clear communication, and no effort to ensure the customer understood the process. Everything felt informal and poorly handled. This lack of standards created confusion and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I expected much better from a service like this.
