No Transparency, No Accountability”
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. There was no transparency at any stage of the process. No contract, no written agreement, and no proper breakdown of costs. Charges appeared out of nowhere, and whenever I asked for clarification, I received vague or dismissive responses. It felt like there was no accountability at all. The situation became increasingly stressful as I tried to resolve the issues, but instead of cooperation, I was met with pressure. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service.
