I chose this company based on what used to be a good reputation, but my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there was no clear contract or agreement outlining the terms, which should have been a major red flag. Pricing was never properly explained, and I was left dealing with unexpected charges that kept increasing without justification. Communication was poor, and instead of receiving support, I felt constant pressure and stress. By the end, I paid far more than I had anticipated—more than the actual renovation work itself. This experience felt disorganized, unfair, and completely unprofessional.
