I hired this company because I thought they were good before.
But with the current management, the service seems to have gotten much worse.
There was no clear written agreement, no clear price list, and they did not clearly explain possible extra charges, daily fees, overweight fees, or collection problems.
After the service started, they added charges that were not clearly explained or proven.
Some charges seemed based on someone’s opinion instead of clear facts or real proof.
When I questioned the charges, communication became slow, unclear, and more aggressive.
The dumpster stayed on the property, which caused stress, inconvenience, and made it hard to solve the problem.
The issue later turned into collection pressure, threats, and concerns about a possible lien, even though the company still did not provide clear documents.
Their tone only improved after outside agencies were copied.
Overall, this experience made me very concerned about their honesty, billing, communication, and fairness.
I would not recommend this company to homeowners, contractors, or property owners who want clear, reliable, and fair service.
