My wife was involved in an accident in April, in which her car was struck and significantly damaged by a truck that entered a traffic roundabout in Dublin without yielding. The other driver initially admitted liability and his insurance (Progressive) agreed to cover the repairs, but on the next day he retracted his admission of liability and claimed that she was in fact responsible for the collision, and Progressive then refused to proceed with the repairs. She contacted Malek and Malek because of their on-line reputation and the proximity of their office to our home, but over the next month has heard nothing from them despite several telephone calls and emails. She still has a badly damaged vehicle, and we have had to contact another law firm.
