My experience transitioning from the old Wcx website to Wcx.exchange was stressful in the beginning but positive in the end. When the original website stopped working, I immediately became concerned because I still had an account connected to the platform with funds and transaction history attached to it. At first, I had no idea the company had moved to a new domain, so naturally I was confused and worried about what would happen next. For some time, I searched for answers and tried to understand whether there was still a way to access my account. Eventually, I found information explaining that the platform had continued operations on Tidex.us.com and that previous users could reconnect their accounts by following the migration steps. After carefully reviewing everything, I completed the process as instructed. It was not instant and required patience, but eventually I was able to log in successfully again. Seeing my account restored exactly as expected gave me a huge sense of relief and confidence. Although the beginning of the situation was uncertain, the final result turned out much better than I initially feared, and overall I’m satisfied with how the transition was handled.
