I was only asking a simple question about fees — whether your charges are taken before the recovery process or only after successful recovery.
However, Sharon George from the sales team said he did not have time to answer my questions. I found this quite disappointing and disrespectful. they are not telling hidden charges. they comment you see on page is all fake. as I was simply trying to understand the process and costs before proceeding.
