Flensted Mobile --Scandinavian Swans...
Recently I purchased the Flensted Mobile --Scandinavian Swans, and to say I was disappointed in the purchase would be an understatement. Firstly, the hanging wires were all tangled when I opened the box, which took me nearly an hour to untangle. One of the swan’s light paper wing/body was tore. I contacted the company seeking advice on what material would be best to repair the tear.
The customer service provided was diabolical. The person had the most condescending, dismissive attitude and excelled in insisting the swan was not torn instead of taking responsibility for the poor workmanship.
After six email exchanges, which included personal, unrelated questions from the company, I still have not been advised on how to repair the fault.
The product is substandard, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
