This company is a ripoff!!!
They make you feel like you are getting such a great deal if you purchase in advance for the entire year and will even give you a discount. But beware! If you have anything that comes up and you can’t utilize the leads for the rest of the year, then you are stuck. I paid them $3500! They refused to give me a partial refund! They are the highest paying company in receiving probate leads for realtors! I even went to the CEO and he refused to give me a partial refund as well. I won’t be doing real estate for the rest of the year and don’t need these leads any further! I am very upset about being ripped off! This is just bad business for a company that is going to get a bad reputation! Fellow realtors-find another company to get your probate leads!
