after nearly 2months notice and another 2weeks reminder of the item I required on a particular day i wished to collect i was given a very negative response by their staff as to my order and its availability then i was told it would be there shortly and then told after 25mins i would have to collect from the other side of town this whole process cost me and my staff one hour .
That's 1hr x5men I'm not impressed and neither were my staff and had their staff given me any kind of apology then I probably would not be writing this and as a result i will not be going to them by choice again.
