This company is a disaster and should be closed
I had brooks come out for rats they put traps out and the First Gentleman was new and really did not do a good job the second person they sent sprayed for ants and had no idea where the traps were that was the last time I saw them after paying for five months and no one comming out I wanted to cancel the service they wanted to give me a free month and a discount.why didn’t I get the discount price first. They will discount if you want to cancel.i went ahead and canceled after a big argument with them they charged my credit card 200.00 which is in dispute they are a bait and switch company they don’t do anything they tell you they did. This is tree San Jose ca office maybe other franchises are better but San Jose is a sham better be aware
