No Communication
Tulsa Shade was great and on top of everything in providing me with a quote. On March 25th I gave 50% down payment and was told they would be installed between 5 and 7 weeks at the 5th week I sent email requesting ETA, Silence. Went on their page sent email- Silence. Called them on the phone left detailed msg. Received AI text msg asking if I wanted service or sales. Duh, that was in my detailed msg. I replied anyway. again SILENCE. This has gone on for several days. I will be very happy to change my review if I would get a call from Tulsa shade with an update
