They will not remove my profile on their site. I have never been a customer. They delete it for a bit and then reinstate it. I've been dealing with them for the past six months. I have never had any issues with other data brokers. They have many complaints regarding the same issue, as well as other issues. Ridiculous company to deal with. Their BBB accreditation was revoked for a reason.
