I had been using probit for over two years when my account was unexpectedly locked with a balance of 711 LTC. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive any response from customer support.
I later learned that probit.com was shutting down. Fortunately, I discovered their new domain, probit-global.com, which provides users with the opportunity to recover their accounts. I followed the recovery instructions, successfully reactivated my account, and was able to withdraw all of my funds.
After such a prolonged period of uncertainty, this outcome was a significant relief. I can personally confirm that I have successfully recovered and withdrawn my funds.
