SUCH A POOR JOB A SURVEYOR RECOMMENDS REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
John McIntyre of McIntyre Roofing Ltd. is personable and plausible but the quality of the company's work is such that we most definitely cannot recommend employing his firm. The materials used on our roof were not as specified, workmanship was poor and then, despite three separate requests John McIntyre refused to provide the 10 year guarantee promised in his quotation while demanding additional payment to remedy defects.
We have since asked an independent building surveyor to inspect the roof and his report, having detailed 9 separate problems associated with substitution of inferior materials and or poor work concludes by saying "IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE NEW ROOF COVERING, PLASTIC FASCIA AND FIXING TRIMS ARE REMOVED ENTIRELY AND REPLACED"
Enough said I think. Don't repeat our mistake.
