DON'T DO IT... Do not rent 5 Foxboro CT in North Little Rock, AR...the house looks nice but has lots of issues...AC doesn't cool the house, the master bedroom gets no air, I had to use a window AC to be able to sleep at night; water doesn't drain from any of the sinks or tubs like it's supposed to, water is leaking from somewhere and keeps part of the back yard saturated. I had submitted numerous tickets for repairs and they would never respond or they would close the ticket out and do nothing. I'll never ever rent from PPMG again and will not recommend them to anyone, ever. They are so nice up front...imagine that! They take basically my whole $1195 deposit plus $300 pet deposit when I moved out for supposedly repairs or for whatever when I moved out...leaving me with $105. I replaced all the blinds in the house, except for one that didn’t need it and they charged me $100 for it. They are charging my deposit for things I done, like they had to do them after I moved out…very shady people. This is the first place I’ve lived that I rented and never received the full deposit back when I moved out. These people are very crooked, a snake and not to be trusted. Lots of things that the property management should be responsible for they hold the renter accountable for when moving out. The time period of my rental agreement was April 2024 to March 2026…2 years, 24 months.
