The office staff is terrific; however, Dr Archibald did my cleaning and it was incredibly rough and painful. I had high hopes for him, but everything in my mouth hurt for 3 days afterwards. Not sure if there is a hygienist at that office, but I'm sure they would've done a less aggressive cleaning. I have Oral Lichen Planus which makes the gums very sensitive and painful. I just cancelled my follow-up appointment and will not go back.
