Called about my brake master cylinder that FAILED ...
Called about my brake master cylinder that FAILED after less than 50 miles. Had the master cylinder and booster rebuilt. Booster for the third time in Oct 2025 along with master cylinder. Paid for this each time as well. Finally got car running and brakes lasted for a bit.
Called 4-27-26 and tried to explain what was going on and the woman got really pissy with me and was talking over me and would not let me talk. Said i wasnt in their system and i was in Oct 2025 when they took my money again lol. She was like what do want? Want Bob to give you another for free?! Yadda yadda yadda!! I laid the phone down as she kept on and was like Geez! My wife heard her too! I finally took a deep breath and told her No longer will do business with them anymore and hung up! Piss poor customer servive and wont back their work anymore it seems.
