I’m giving 4 stars because the final result is great, but man, the process was a bit of a rollercoaster. I hired AmericanDigital specifically for website maintenance because my backend was a total mess and loading speeds were killing my conversions.
I have to be honest, I was really angry at first. After they started the maintenance work, my entire website went down for 2 days straight. I was seeing red because I was losing traffic and nobody seemed to give me a clear answer right away. I almost pulled the plug on the hole project.
However, I’m changing my tune now because of the proper support they gave me after those 48 hours. The team stayed on the line with me until every single bug was squashed. They didnt just fix the site; they optimized the database and now it runs smoother then it ever has before.
