Inconsistent food quality, food purchased with hormones and chemicals. No resolution of complaints. I was simply told that the system generates where the food is purchased from. Originally for the first two deliveries, I had no complaints, until the third delivery which came from a completely different store, the food was wilted. The order was not correct. And the person pulling the order had no care in selecting quality vegetables, which were wilted and old.. After calling Customer Service, which was useless as they seem to quickly answer the phone if you're inquiring to purchase their product, but when you have a problem, you'll be left on hold and possibly require a call back from someone who could care less about your complaint. I would advise no one to actually pay for this service as your experience would be substandard in my opinion.
