Horrible company.
Horrible company. We paid in full for an Italian vacation and had a family emergency at the last minute and were unable to travel. I personally spoke with all the hotels we had booked and they were open to giving us a credit for a later trip but needed a simple request from AoL since they booked the stay. AoL refused to do anything and quoted company policy. Extremely unprofessional staff with no ethics or care for their clients. High price does not equal high quality customer service or experience. This company is nothing more than a middleman and should be avoided at all costs.
