I requested a quote for a job with a minimum of $3500 and I anticipated something closer to about 6-8K. I put in a request for a quote and waited 2 weeks for the date. The driver/representative of the company told me he would arrive about 45min early. I had taken time off work and did not bother planning another company to come out. He arrived and asked where to park as he had a trailer. I told him in driveway or across the street in parking lot if he needed more space. He simply text me back that he CANCELLED taking the job! Then refused to answer the phone any further. My day is shot. I'm sure he found a more lucrative opportunity and just cancelled me instead. I don't take close in cancellation lightly in these times where the working person has so much time off and our time is valuable. I am going to go to Angie's list and look up a good team to come do the work. I am in a new build area and all of my neighbors use the same people - good business is good business and this was an example of poor customer service. I will post this review for those who cannot afford to be left holding the bag. My husband is a veteran and we believe in SERVICE! This was bad service.
