Respect
I wrote a previous review, when I first moved in here and I gave them low rating, I forgot the next management team after that and then it was Vineyards management, a little better, but that was do to the manager, she would listen to you, she was very understanding, but she still did her job with respect for the tenants. Roots Management is now the team, and their making changes which is understandable. As I've said if I had problems I would go to them and talk to them about it and we would try to come to an agreement, but recently they did something that I felt was underhanded, so I feel there is no respect for the tenants it's a money thing, but in all this I have met 2 of the management team one in Vineyard and one in Roots that I just love because they showed me respect as I've shown them.
